  • 1 avocado
  • 2 slices of salmon
  • 40 grams of bulgur and quinoa mix

Do you wish to enjoy a nice refreshing break? Here is the recipe for you: take a ripe avocado and some smocked salmon. Cut up into small dices and add a handful of bulgur and quinoa mix. For an extra touch of flavour, add a dash of vinaigrette with whole grain mustard, before tasting.
