Ingredients2 persons

  • 1 Bunch Spinach, washed
  • *Frozen spinach may be used
  • 3 Tbl sesame oil
  • 1 Tbl minced garlic
  • 1 Tbl sugar
  • 1 Tbl soy sauce
  • 1 Tbl toasted sesame seeds

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and spinach.
Cook until spinach has wilted.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir in sugar and soy sauce.
Cook for 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat.
season with salt to taste.
Sprinkle with remaining sesame oil and sesame seeds.
