60 min

  • 1 serving:
  • 150 g to 200g of pork shoulder (in dices)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 little zucchini
  • ½ onion
  • 1 teaspoon of curry
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ½ of white wine glass
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1
Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips. Wash the zucchini and cut it into strips as well.
Peel and slice the onion.

Step 2
In a cast iron simmer (that changes everything!), warm up the olive oil and add the onion slices.
Add the pieces of meat and brown them on all sides (10 min approximately).
Sprinkle with flour and mix well.

Step 3
Add the vegetables, the glass of white wine and mix again.
Season with salt and pepper and then, add the curry.
Meld all these ingredients.

Step 4
Cook slowly and cover for approximately 60 min.
Claudine’s tip
Monitor the cooking process and often stir. If necessary, add a little water to prevent ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the cooker.
This dish is still yummy reheated, do not hesitate to double quantities and cook two dishes. Then, you can enjoy it the next day in your MB Original bento box!

Bon appétit!
