Ingredients

  • For the smoothie:
  • - 1 frozen banana
  • - 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • - 2 apricots
  • - 20cl of almond milk
  • - 1 Tsp of hemp seeds
  • For the topping:
  • - 1 Tsp of hemp seeds
  • - 1/2 apricot
  • - 1 handful blueberries
  • - some cherries and strawberries

The day before: Freeze a banana and a handful of raspberries.

Put the fruits (banana, raspberries, apricots), hemp seeds and almond milk in a blender. Mix all the ingredients until it gets a homogeneous mixture.

Put the smoothie in the MB Lib bowl. Then, reserve in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Add the little decorative touch (just before serving): sprinkle some hemp seeds and add a few pieces of fresh fruits.

Serve it fresh.
