Ingredients2 persons

  • Green Mango Salad
  • 1 large green mango julienned
  • 1/2 carrot julienned
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mint and Thai basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Chili Shrimp
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp minced red chili
  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Green Mango Salad

Toss mango, vegetables, onion, herbs and chili sauce together
Combine remaining ingredients and toss with salad

Chili Shrimp

Mix together first five ingredients and set aside
Stir fry shrimp in canola oil 2 minutes
Add garlic and ginger
Stir fry 1-2 minutes longer
Add ketchup mixture to pan and stir to coat shrimp
Top with sliced scallion and drizzle with sesame oil
