The wood's natural reaction to ambient humidity can alter compatibility with lunch boxes, but it doesn't stop you using the board to cut up all your food.

Care: Clean by hand using warm water and gentle soap. Leave to air-dry completely before storing away. From time to time, apply food-grade mineral oil to the clean and dry board to hydrate the wood.
