Cancelling a paid order
- If your order has not been sent: please contact us at email@example.com to notify us that you wish to cancel the order. We will refund your purchase and your banking account will be credited without fees.
- If your order is currently in-transit: when the package arrives, please notify the delivery company that you wish to refuse the package without signing the acknowledgment. They will keep the merchandise and return it to us. When possible, please notify us of your intention to resend the order. As soon as we receive it, your bank account will be credited the purchase amount without fees.
- If you already received your package: please notify us of your request for a refunded at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number and your contact information within 7 days of receiving your package. We will ask you to resend us the intact and unused goods in their original packaging and will issue a refund upon receiving them for the total amount of your order plus the initial shipping charges. Your bank account will be credited without fees.
Returning part of an order
Please first notify us which items you wish to return at email@example.com. We will ask you send us back the goods indicated. We will issue you a refund corresponding to the amount paid as soon as the intact and unused items are received. Your bank account will be credited without fees. For a partial return, we do not reimburse the price of initial shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.
Exchanging one or more items
It is possible to exchange an item with another item from our website, under the condition that the two items are of equal value. The article(s) that you wish to exchange must be returned unused in their original packaging.
1 - Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate the item(s) you want to exchange with your order number to ensure the replacement item is available. We will verify the value of the exchange item(s) and the return item(s). If the return items are of greater value than the exchange items, we will reimburse you for the difference. If the exchange items are of greater value than the return items, we will ask you to pay for the difference.
2 – We will then ask you to send us back the articles you wish to exchange with your order number. As soon as we receive the intact and unused articles in their original packaging, and the payment to cover the difference when necessary, we will process the exchange
