How should you use the Tresor lunch box in the microwave and dishwasher?
This lunch box can be heated in the microwave for up to 3 minutes at a maximum of 500 W, without the lids, stirring halfway for even heating. All parts are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended), except the printed lid, which should be hand washed to preserve the designs.
What is the warranty of the Tresor lunch box and what does it cover?
This warranty covers aesthetic defects identified upon receipt (scratches, printing defects), manufacturing defects (damaged valve or seal, warped container or lids), or assembly errors (a part color not matching the ordered product). However, it excludes breakage, wear and tear, improper use, loss, and purchases without proof or outside official channels.
