To preserve the performance and quality of the Fresh insulated bag’s insulating materials, we recommend washing it by hand.

Our insulated bag is covered against any stitching defect noticed upon receipt, as well as any failure of the stitching or eyelets during normal use. Damage caused by improper use is not covered.
